Our institute held the fifth round of special report meeting on discipline evaluation and application of scientific and technological achievements Awards

On the morning of November 1, 2019, our college held a general meeting to arrange the fifth round of discipline evaluation and application of awards for scientific and technological achievements, and invited Wang Qingfeng, deputy director of the school's development planning department, and Zheng Xueyi, teacher of the achievements Department of the science and Technology Department, to make a special report. Xin Qixing, Secretary of the Party committee of Ocean University, made a summary speech. Other members of the group attended the meeting, which was presided over by Liu Wensheng, vice president.

In the report, Wang Qingfeng, deputy director, introduced the situation of the fourth round of discipline evaluation, analyzed the new situation of the fifth round of discipline evaluation in detail with the animal husbandry discipline evaluation of our university as an example, and predicted the new situation of the fifth round of discipline evaluation, pointed out the matters to be prepared, which provided valuable experience and direct guidance for the aquatic discipline of our university to participate in the fifth round of discipline evaluation in 2020.

Then, Mr. Zheng Xueyi explained in detail the policies, management methods and incentive mechanism of the University on science and technology achievement awards, introduced how to declare science and technology awards at all levels, which played a positive role in helping teachers of the university to successfully declare and obtain science and technology achievement awards and accelerating the transformation and application of science and technology achievements.

In conclusion, Secretary Xin Qixing stressed that in order to ensure the smooth development of the fifth round of discipline evaluation, all teachers and students of ocean university should fully realize the importance of discipline evaluation, and implement each task to individuals.
